Cool Color “Lime”

Sunday, October 3rd, 2010

I figured I would start coming up with color themes for people who may want to base a party off 1 or a few colors.

That seems to be the most popular way to figure out how to plan a party. Over the summer, the most popular color has been “lime”. So I came up with some cute things from my shop that look well together.

1. Mini Lime and white polka dot cupcake liners.

2. Neon birthday candles, sold in packs of 4 neon colors.

3. Lime green jimmies.. sprinkles

4. Shiny Lime green Star Rings, sold in packs with other colors.

5. Handmade flower cupcake toppers with green jewels.

Coming soon to the shop, only a few sets will be made.

I hope you enjoy, and if you have colors you would like me to put together, leave me a comment!

Superman Cupcake Toppers

Saturday, August 28th, 2010

Happy Friday!
I love fridays because it means I can do things I can’t do during the work week. Like today I picked my daughter up from camp and then we headed straight to the park! It doesn’t happen often without my husband because my son is extremely hard to chase after (maybe he will be a marathon runner?) , doesn’t listen (maybe he will be an activist?), and has absolutely no fear at all..period (hmmm I don’t know what that would hold in his future, maybe a sky diver?. )
In other words, my son is going through his “terrible two’s”.
Anyway, I was excited to get these new superman rings because it seems most of the stuff I have is girly. I get alot of requests for superhero themed items, and these seemed perfect! They are rings, but put them on top of the cupcakes for a great display, and then the kids get to take them home. Super fun!
They are available in pink, silver and classic red/yellow.
Shown here in blue foil cupcake liners, red food coloring (only use “AmeriColors”, and with edible gold glitter, which will be sold soon, and don’t forget the cake…root beer soda! I will share that recipe for a later date!
Enjoy~
