Generally orders get processed and ship out in 2-3 days. I ship via USPS or Fedex with tracking.
Once shipped, packages take anywhere from 3-10 buisness days. Please do not count weekends or holidays.
If you need things quick, you may select “Priority mail” which generally takes 2-3 days.
Please try to order at least 14 days in advance to insure you items before you need them.
International Shipping:
I do ship everywhere! International orders get shipped twice a week. Sorry, no tracking available.
I am not responsible for duty fees that may occur if your order is over a certian dollar amount.
Shipping time depends on individual country “customs” policies. In my experience, most get delivered
in 2-3 weeks. While certain other countries, like Brazil, take from 30-45 days. Please keep this in mind
when ordering. I will not be able to answer questions about orders once they are shipped.
Estimated shipping for popular countries:
Australia: 2 weeks to 4 weeks
Brazil: 30 to 60 days
Canada: 1 week to 4 weeks
Europe: 2 weeks to 6 weeks
Italy: 30 to 60 days
USA: 1 week to 2 weeks
All Orders:
*If ordering multiple items, I will package together to reduce the amount of plastic materials.
*I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
*I cannot give refunds for any edible or perishable items.
*You have 7 days to contact me about missing or wrong items sent.
*If packages get returned to me due to wrong address,or not being picked up from the post office, I will refund the amount you paid minus the shipping charges. Orders will not be resent.
Handmade Items:
All handmade items, are made by me. You must allow an aditional 2-3 days for these items to be made BEFORE they can be shipped out.
If you need a large amount of these items made, please contact me for custom ordering. I LOVE making things

Bulk/ Wholesale:
If you would like to buy in bulk, you may shop in my “bulk ” section listed under “baking cups”
If there are things you would like to buy in bulk that are not listed, please contact me. (ENTER CONTACT FORM)
Returns:
There are no returns available. If you have any questions or comments about your order, please feel free to contact me.
If your package gets returned to me I will give you a refund, minus shipping costs I had to pay. (if delivered to the wrong address as per my fault, then I will give a full refund)
Once order has shipped, you CANNOT cancel the order. You may cancel an order as long as it has not been processed.
Payment:
I accept checks, money orders, paypal, or credit cards through paypal only. If you have any questions about payment, please let me know. If I do not get a payment within 7 days then your order will automatically be cancelled.
Out of Stock Items:
In the event of out of stock items are ordered, I will attempt to contact you about replacing the missing items, or waiting for my next shipment to fulfill your order.
I will not send separate packages to fulfill orders.
If I do not hear back from you within 24-48 hours, then I will either send your order without the items (and refund for the missing items) or I may cancel the entire order.
